Is Menopause a disease?
Some women believe that menopause is a condition that requires medical treatment, rather than a natural transition.
When it comes to menopause, it’s important to remember that this is a natural transition for women – not a condition or disease. While it can be uncomfortable and be disruptive, there are ways to manage the symptoms so that you can make the most of your life during this time.
I really believe it’s time for us to get real about menopause; Many women are now coming to understand that menopause is a normal part of life – not just a random collection of strange symptoms and hot flashes. Menopause is actually a natural process, and although it comes with its own set of challenges, we can get through it with support and care.
That’s why it’s important to remember that menopause is absolutely not a disease.
Each woman’s journey is personal and individual; with the right tools and lifestyle choices, you can make this transition as smooth as possible.
Going through menopause can be a trying and confusing time for some women, and if you’re having difficulty transitioning and don’t know how to manage any symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, or mood swings please know that help is available – both through traditional medicine and with complementary therapies such as Rapid Transformational Therapy (hypnotherapy).
Regardless of how you view menopause, there are lots of ways to manage your symptoms and make this period of your life as comfortable as possible.
Personally, I love working with menopausal women and giving them their freedom back. Releasing clients from the various symptoms they are carrying around and letting them get back to living the life they want is the greatest joy for me.
